New or Returning Member Enrolling Procedures
All New and Returning NFLL members complete Google Form
All new and returning New Frontier members are asked to complete and submit this Google Form. Neva or Michelle will enroll you into the SIS system.
The Office of Community Partnerships will contact you regarding payment. If you are a new member and not already in the Maricopa Community College system database, they will need a copy of your driver's license. The Office of Community Partnerships will contact you to guide you through the process of becoming a student at Mesa Community College!
Resetting your MEID password
Some returning NFLL members are experiencing logging in issues to the MCC website, specifically the student center to pay your enrollment fee. If you have not logged since early March 2021, then you probably will need to reset your password. Please review the attached pdf file Rest Password Guide prior to beginning the procedure.

NFLL/MCC Covid-19 Form
Please complete the Covid-19 Form. Fill in the four fields at the top. In the Student ID field, enter your MEID or an eight digit number if you do not recall it. Read and check all the boxes.
Paying the New Frontiers Enrollment fee of $60 Online using the Student Information System (SIS)
The enrollment process may be done anytime online. Allow about 30 minutes to complete all the steps.
The New Frontiers Fall section/class number is 23397 SENIORS100-10200
Detailed instructions for enrolling online available as a PDF file: Paying "joining/enrolling fee" online (revise August 2021). Review the steps before beginning the enrolling and payment process. There are about 20 steps/screen shots but do not be intimidated. Pay special close attention to Step 9, pop-up/ad blocker.
Special note for Step 9: Depending upon your computer system, you probably have to disable your pop-up/ad blocker before viewing payment options.
Follows are four possible sources to temporary disable your pop-up blocker when paying through the Student Information System (SIS).
After disabling your pop-up/ad blocker, try refreshing the screen. Do not forget to enable the pop-up/ad blocker when you are finished paying.
If you enroll online for the NFLL class and do not pay the fee within 24 hours, you are dropped and must repeat the enrollment procedures.
If you missed three consecutive online enrollment cycles, your MEID account and password is inactivated. You must call the College Help Desk Services at 480-461-7217. They are available 24/7 to help reactivate your account.
