Joining New Frontiers for Lifelong Learning 2018
An annual membership (includes fall, spring and summer semesters) costs $80.00 starting on September 1st and ending on August 31st.
A Spring-Summer membership costs $60.00 starting on January 1st and ending on August 31st.
If you are NEW to New Frontiers and the Maricopa Community Colleges, you must start the new application process by following these steps: New to NFLL and Maricopa Community Colleges.
If you are a past member of New Frontiers and/or you have an MEID (Maricopa Enterprise ID, a form of identification used at Maricopa Community Colleges), see the following section below for information about paying your membership fee.
Paying or Renewing your New Frontiers Membership Fee
Once you have an MEID, there are two options for paying New Frontiers membership fee (pick one):
- Enrolling in person at either the Dobson or Red Mountain Campus. This is the easiest method, and you can complete everything needed in one stop. Review these steps: Enrolling at Dobson or Red Mountain.

Campus Parking and Student ID
Parking stickers are no longer required for students at any Maricopa County Community College District campus or site except Chandler Gilbert/Williams Field campus (Fall 2018).
To obtain a Student ID, you must have a valid photo ID, such as a driver's license. There is no charge for your first Student ID, but a fee of $5 will be charged for replacement cards. You will be photographed at the time you apply for your student ID. You may not wear a hat for your photo, so be sure to fix your hair first!
Student IDs are available from the Enrollment Center, building 39, at the Southern and Dobson campus, or in the Mesquite building inside Enrollment Services at the Red Mountain campus.
