The New Frontiers Council is the governing body of the organization. Their term of office is for one year and may be re-elected for a second year.
It is made up of five officers: President, Vice-President, Treasurer, Secretary and the Past President; six standing committees: Communications, Curriculum, Membership, Social, Technology and Volunteer; and up to four members-at-large.
Representatives from the Office of Community Partnerships at Mesa Community College are also present at meetings.
