Class Proposals
Members and Friends,
Thank you for your past support of New Frontiers for Lifelong Learning (NFLL) at Mesa Community College through the development and presentation of classes and tours. Your continual support of senior adult lifelong learning is appreciated.
NFLL is a volunteer group of over 200 retired and professional individuals. We provide in-person and online educational courses and social activities for our members.
We appreciate our members' efforts in soliciting classes, facilitating, and presenting their life experiences and expertise to our members.
Submitting Class Proposals
Once again the Curriculum Committee is asking each of you to consider submitting a class idea or a proposal to present a class to your fellow NFLL members.
Course formats may be a single class or multiple classes. Would you like to start a knitting, crochet, cross-stitch, woodcarving, or other special interest group? Want to share your latest trip pictures? NFLL members love seeing the adventures others have been on. If you missed a class and want a repeat series, let us know.

Class Suggestion Box
New this year is a Suggestion Box link for your ideas for topics or places of interest. No commitment to present, just share your ideas. NFLL Suggestion Box
Classes offered in one of two formats
We will be offering classes in one of two formats, in-person and online. We will not be attempting any simultaneous in-person/online (hybrid) classes due to past technical difficulties. If you wish to present in both formats, we ask that you submit a separate proposal for each format with different times for the presentations.
In-person classes may be presented at either of the Mesa Community college campuses, Southern and Dobson in central Mesa, or Red Mountain at mckellips and Power Roads in Eastern Mesa. All classrooms have full audio-visual equipment. Computer labs can also be scheduled for technology instruction. We provide an NFLL member host to assist with introductions, technology, and attendee issues.
On-line courses are presented via the Zoom platform. NFLL can arrange the link and provides a host to assist with introductions, technology, and attendee issues. Speakers are made co-hosts. If you have your own Zoom access and prefer to schedule the link, we can work with that procedure also.
If you need further information, please contact me by email or phone (480) 461-7497. I am also available for a Zoom, or other platform meeting, if you wish.
Again, thank you for your past support and we hope we can look forward to another great presentation by you in the future.
Regards,
Suzanne Brown
